Airport pickup and Meet & Greet

Athens International Airport has a single terminal, which keeps the meeting point simple. After you collect your luggage and pass through the arrivals gate, your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it.

You will also receive your driver's name and mobile number by email before travelling, so you can reach them directly at any point. Meet & Greet is included in the price — there is nothing extra to pay for it, and no need to find a taxi rank or queue outside.

Flight monitoring and free waiting time

We monitor your flight number and move the pickup to match the actual landing time. Delays are handled automatically and at no extra cost, so there is nothing for you to do.

Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting time from touchdown, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim on all but the busiest days.

Which vehicle should I book?

Every transfer is private, so you never share with other passengers. Choose by the size of your party and the amount of luggage you are carrying:

• Premium SedanUp to 4 passengers and 3 large bags · Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent
• Premium VanUp to 7 passengers and 8 large bags · Mercedes-Benz V-Class / Vito or equivalent

Early flights, late arrivals and 24/7 cover

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including a 05:00 departure for an early flight and a pickup for a delayed landing after midnight. Your price is fixed and shown up front before you book; night-time rates apply to transfers scheduled between 23:30 and 06:00 (+€10 per vehicle), and there is no weekend or holiday premium.

Booking ahead matters most for late-night arrivals, when the rank queue is longest and public transport to the centre has stopped running. Unlike a metered Athens Airport taxi taken on the day, a private transfer booked in advance is priced up front and your driver is already waiting when you clear the arrivals gate.
